The challenge
Doctors who prescribe specialty medications through Accredo, the specialty pharmacy of Express Scripts / Cigna, had no website of their own. They depended on scattered tools and manual steps. The new portal had to be open to doctors across the United States, work reliably, and be built from nothing.
What we built
The plan for how the whole portal would work, the ground rules the development team would follow, and the leadership to take it from the first design decisions all the way to launch.
The outcome
The portal is live at prescribers.accredo.com and is used by prescribers across the United States.
